I let my husband handle this one. I don’t like car dealerships. The whole process makes me cranky and I have already been cranky enough the last couple of weeks. My oldest daughter Heather needed a car, a reliable car, a car I was certain wasn’t going to break down on the Phoenix interstates. As a mom I do a lot of worrying about my children. I can’t help myself. Heather has to drive a considerable distance to get to work everyday. Starting on the 18th she will be working at the Phoenix airport. If you are ever in Phoenix don’t forget to say Hi to Heather. It shouldn’t be too hard to find her she looks a lot like me.
Today Heather bought her first car with her Daddy’s help. Everybody say “Woot” It’s a lovely ice blue kia spectra. Pictures below.

I can’t believe that Heather is driving–and starting a new job! Good for her. Yet it is sad for us parents to see our babies grow up!sniff sniff
I know that’s a load off your mind. I can’t wait to see the pix–congratulations to Heather on the job and car.
Looks good. This week I start a job at Skyharbor airport.
A Kia Spectra. I need to purchase a car in order to teach my son to drive. Kia Spectra is on my list of possibilites. I want a sedan type of car. I have a big Chevy Suburban, but I don’t think of that as good for teaching basic driver training (now if he was preparing for Army tank driving…). Let me know if she finds any problems with it.
yay for heather!! nice car!
Yay for Heather. A shiny silver car! Here’s my “woot”:
WOOT WOOT!
A very nice car, I bet Heather is sooooo pleased.
Whoa! Sa-weet!
