On the news when they are describing the weather outside the weatherman or woman will say something like “It’s 34 degrees outside but with the windchill it feels more like 28 degrees. Where do they get that? Who did they poll? How do they know that if the wind is blowing the temperature feels colder than it is? If it’s 34 degrees outside, isn’t it 34 degrees regardless of weather or not the wind is blowing? I’m just wondering.
