a little writing and fours hours of music videos

I have accomplished absolutely nothing this weekend. At least it feels that way. All I did Saurday was write for a few hours and then…..sit at my computer and listen to music videos thru yahoo. I sat for four hours straight and watched video after video. Ok, now that I think about it I did do a couple of other things. I went to Fry’s once for milk and once for potato rolls for dinner. I also took Morgan to the library to get five new library books. I read all the books to her in one sitting. Hank the cow Dog will take several days to finish.

I can’t believe I sat at the computer for four hours and listened to music videos.

  1. Sometimes a doing nothing productive day is just what one needs. By the way, when you said you went to Fry’s for milk, it kinda threw me for a loop, because out here in CA, Fry’s is a computer/electronics store.

    Take care!

  2. Marsha, I spent an evening watching videos last week. Finally, I realized that the house was silent and looking at the clock I saw 02:00 AM.

That was last week. This week I have a new job that starts at 4:00 AM, so my alarm is set for 2:30 AM. I had better start going to be much earlier.

Isabelle, here in Arizona we also have two Fry’s Electronics stores but we also have Fry’s Grocery Stores which are actually owned by Kroger.

  3. The problem with the web is theres so much darn interesting stuff on it!

I love the videos you get at youtube, but they consume so much bandwidth my internet bill starts looking like my telephone number (scary).

    Food for thought.

You could spend your entire life in just looking at the content thats is produced on the web in one 24 hour period!

Thats 70 years spent viewing what was just written today 20th September 2006

  4. Isabelle, I agree sometimes we need to do nothing.

jw, sometimes I just get in the mood to watch video’s I think it’s hormonal.

Aaron, My internet bill stays the same no matter how much I use. We have three computers hooked up to the internet all day long. Turn them off and watch everyone go insane. 🙂
